Day 1: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Cycling – Thung Nham (Meals: L / D )

07.15 – 08.00: Tour guide pick up from your hotel or private address in Hanoi Old Quarter and departure to Ninh Binh by airconditioned-bus/minivan 
Have a short break at a stop-over in Dong Van, Ha Nam province.
Arrive in Tam Coc start your first visit on a sampan boat rowed by a local for about 1.5 hours.  Known as “Halong Bay on land”, Tam Coc is the name of the limestone caves area stretching along Ngo Dong river. The boat trip is a nice journey along the river with the peaceful scenery of limestone mountains, rice paddy and the sight of some temples along the way. If traveling during harvest season, you may have chances to see the yellow rice carpet along the river banks.
Enjoy delicious lunch served at the bungalow’s restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine.
Check-In Bungalow/ Hotel 
Visit a local family in Tam Coc. They are a traditional Vietnamese family with three generations living together. Here you will get the chance to see the house architecture and their daily life and their handicraft job of making traditional embroidery. 
Leaving the family, you will take a bike and start riding to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains with an unique route.
Explore Hang But (Buddhist Cave) The cave 500m in length, magical view of the stalactites and stalagmites, including a big Buddha-shaped stalactite sitting beside an underground river. Then get on a small sampan to visit Thung Nham bird park, discover the most features of this area with more than 50,000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit every day. You have your best chance to take nice photos.
Cycling back to the host family for free time relax with afternoon tea break.
Dinner served with Vietnamese food by the local family host. Then stay overnight at the bungalow or the hotel.

Day 2: Hang Mua / Local Market – Cooking Class – Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – Hanoi (Meals: B / L)
