Joining tour: Group tour is fixed itinerary and departure time

Information of pickup location and time will be inform you 24 hours before departure date

Pick up and drop up place: in center of city, other locations far from city center will be located one point in city center

All services in tour is sharing services with others travelers

A participant aged under 12 years old shall be accompanied by guardian

TRANSFER FOR BOOKING ON SHUTTLE BUS / JOINING TOUR

In case you travel by shuttle bus, we will fix and confirm the time with you through email or phone call and you must be ready at that time. If you are late, shuttle bus will NOT wait for you and you must be responsible for your lateness. We will discuss and figure out the best solution for you.

In case you change the hotel, you must inform us as soon as possible and we can change the place of picking you up. If you DO NOT inform us the change, you must be responsible for this.

All services is private suitable for your group size base on your request

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

- Cancellation by customer will be charged as follow:

+ More than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the total trip cost

+ 15 to 30 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total trip cost

+ From 7 to 14 days before trip commencement: 75% of the total trip cost

+ No refunds for cancellations 7 days before the commencement of the journey

- Cancellation by Vietnam Explorer Holidays

The contract between the services rendered by Vietrantour may be canceled by us for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, political, health, natural disaster, plane, etc. In all such instances of cancellation, registrants are fully reimbursed, but cannot claim any compensation.

INFANT AND CHILDREN PRICES

Free of charge for one child who is under the age of 4 years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and share the same room with adults.

A tour price of 75% of full paying adult will be charged for one child from 4 to 11 years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided without any payment.

Children at the age of 12 or older will be charged as an adult

Please be preprared to show appropriate identification clearly stating the date of birth when confirming the services.

Travel Insurance

Vietnam Holiday Explore strongly recommends that all travelers obtain travel and health insurance before taking any of our tours. International Insurance is not included in our tour cost but domestic insurance within Vietnam country only.
