This morning, depart at 08:30 for a five hour drive to Ba Be Lake National Park. On the way stop at the Museum of Cultures of Vietnam's Ethnic Groups of Thai Nguyen (Note: closed on Mondays and open from 11:30 to 13:30). Built in 1960, the function and task of the museum was originally to study and share the culture and history of ethnic groups based in the northern area during the Indochina War. Nowadays the museum is gathering an interesting selection of exhibits representing the culture of major hill tribes living in Vietnam and has become a museum specialized in national culture.

Arrive in the afternoon then check into the hotel.
